Bahan-bahan diperlukan buat Apam balik :

  1. Sediakan 2 cawan tepung gandum.
  2. Siapkan 1 biji telur.
  3. Sediakan 1/2 cawan gula pasir.
  4. Sediakan 1 sdt pewarna kuning.
  5. Sediakan 1 sdt garam.
  6. Sediakan 1 dan 1/2 cawan air.
  7. Sediakan 1 sdt baking powder.
  8. Sediakan 1/2 sdt soda bikarbonat.
  9. Sediakan bahan tabur.
  10. Siapkan 1/2 cawan kacang tanah(goreng dan tumbuk kasar).
  11. Siapkan 1/2 cawan gula pasir.
  12. Siapkan 1/2 cawan jagung berkrim dalam tin.
  13. Sediakan margerin 4 sudu untuk mengoles.

Cara Menyediakan dan memasak Apam balik

  1. Campurkan semua bahan tepung,soda bikarbonat, pewarna kuning,baking powder,telur,air,gula dan kisar...kemudian perap anggaran masa 2 jam.
  2. Panaskan kuali tanpa lekat...ambil cecawan adunan dan curah kedalam kuali dan ratakan...api perlahan...bila dah nampak ada lubang²..tabirkan 1 sdb gula..kemudian 1 sdb kacang dan 1 sdb jagung...
  3. Letakkan juga 1 sdt margerin di atasnya...tguu hingga bahagian bawahnya warna coklat cantik...barulah di lipat dan di angkat.
  4. Kemudian..masa panas² tu..oles lagi bahagian luar dengan margerin...siapp...boleh la di potong kecil dan dihidang panas²..sedapnya....
